Ivan founded upmarket food wholesale company London Larder in 1980 and sold it to Brakes in 1992. He then founded PSL which grew to be the UK’s largest food purchasing consultancy working with over 2,000 clients throughout the UK. In 2016 he sold PSL to Sodexo who are seeking to roll out the PSL concept across Europe and beyond.

Matt has worked in the hospitality sector for over 35 years starting in the meat trade before moving on to the seafood industry, speciality food supply and as a founding director of PSL for 24 years. Post leaving PSL, and prior to Procurement Partners, Matt helped set up the British Game Alliance and also worked for a luxury seafood business and a tech based start up food procurement company.

Alex has worked in the hospitality industry for over ten years, initially in hospital tech at iRiS, providing guest facing software to hotels and restaurants in Europe, the US and Asia. He then moved to work for digital members club and concierge, Velocity Black, where he worked on their integrated payment solution and set up their travel department in the UK and US.

Richard spent 28 years in the investment banking industry working at various firms including James Capel/HSBC, Schroder Salomon Smith Barney/Citigroup and Barclays. Based in London, Asia and New York he worked in a variety of Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, COO and Governance roles. Prior to that he qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse.

David has worked in the hospitality industry for over 40 years, 25 of these were as a chef in country house and 4/5 star hotels up to regional executive/group level. He then moved into consultancy and operations with PSL before taking up the role as development/operations for Warner Leisure Hotels where he most recently headed up there F&B development and operations team. He has a wealth of experience from menu development, supply chain implementation, food cost management and strategic F&B projects.

Chris is a hospitality procurement professional of some 15 years, working directly with well over 100 different food and drink businesses during that time. His work has included projects to deliver everything from strategic change to food production strategy, fiscal analysis and category management and he is responsible for data within the business.

Douglas has worked across the hospitality and health club/spa industries for more than 40 years. His experience has included running several hotels, Operations Director/COO roles across various hotels groups and PLC board member of Esporta Health and Fitness. He is extremely passionate about the industry and what it offers in terms of careers and makes the development of people and building strong relationship internally and externally as his "modus operandi". He has also made charity and training an important part of what he does and has been a long-term supporter of both Springboard and Hospitality Action. In 2023 he was made a Master Innholder which gave him another platform to do more of what he has done over many years to support these great causes.

Sinead is a procurement specialist who brings over 15 years experience from the retail, manufacturing and hospitality industries. She is passionate about procurement and prides herself on building strong supplier relationships, championing sustainability within the supply chain and creating client focused solutions through collaborative partnerships.

Matt brings over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including more than 20 years at Executive Chef level. He has worked at prestigious establishments such as The Savoy, Selsdon Park Hotel, Le Meridien Saigon and, most recently, he held the role of Group Executive Chef and Deputy F&B Director for 10 years at Hand Picked Hotels. Matt possesses a wealth of expertise in menu development, optimising kitchen efficiency and food and beverage operations.

Simon has over 20 years’ experience as a team leader and data professional in both the private and public sectors. He has also operated a successful events catering/chef for hire business where he developed a variety of food service options for private customers and corporate clients.

Tom has been working in data and administration for the past 10 years and brings his knowledge from his time at the University of Nottingham to Procurement Partners. He has also spent time working in operations in the charity sector having earned his degree in Business Management and Marketing.

Julia brings her culinary and administrative knowledge from Austria to Procurement Partners as the newest member of the team. With her expertise from working in finance for 10 years, and a big passion for both food and data, she possesses great attention to detail to ensure client satisfaction.
